Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends

Our contract and agreement with you.
In all cases, you must read the terms and conditions before booking. Your agreement is with Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends, Company No 5300053, registered in Great Britain. Subject to the terms, relating to reservations, your contract comes into existence when you pay a deposit and we accept your deposit. This agreement will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be dealt with by English Courts.

Group Leader.
The person named in all correspondence will become known as "The Group Leader". He/She will remain as the group leader until the stay is completed. The group leader will be our point of contact at all times and will be granted authority to deal with us on behalf of every member of the relevant group. To avoid confusion, we will not normally enter into discussions with any other member of the group, save for exceptional circumstances. If exceptional circumstances prevail, a change of group leader will be allowed, but this must be notified to us in writing. The group leader is responsible for making all payments by the due dates which will be notified by us in writing. The group leader accepts full responsibility for paying for all of his/her group. He/she should ensure all members of his/her party adhere to the terms and conditions.

Payment Terms.
We will notify you of the amount of deposit we expect you to pay. This will be given verbally or in writing.
A deposit is payable for each member of your group unless previously agreed by us.
Following the payment of a deposit, any member of your group who subsequently withdraws from your trip will forfeit this deposit in full. There are no exceptions to this condition.
All balance payments must be made 21 days prior to arrival. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in a £25 late penalty fee being added to your booking.
No bookings can be settled on arrival at your respective Hotels. Failure to pay your account balances by 7 days prior to your intended stay will result in your booking being cancelled with loss of all deposits and any interim payments. Any booking made within 21 days of your intended stay must be paid in full.
Any tickets which form part of your booking will not be despatched or delivered until full payment has received by us.

Our Fees.
There will be a £4 administration and card fee on acceptance of your booking.
There will be a £20 administration fee for any change to your booking after the original terms have been agreed..
Balances/Interim payments and further deposits paid by any  debit or credit card will incur a fee of 2.5% of the payment received.
Deposits or balances paid by cheque are not charged, however, the cheque must arrive with us by the due date or the late charge,as described below, will be added to your booking.
Late penalty fee balances not paid by due date £25.

What is included in the Package?
Only the items detailed in your confirmation documents.

Third Parties.
Where we use third parties, for provisions of tickets or activities, it is expressly stated that Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends, acts only as an agent of the client and has no liability whatsoever, in connection or arising out of such arrangements. The contract between Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends and the client shall be subject to any terms and conditions of contracts with third parties. Where third party tickets/events are cancelled, Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends will limit its liability to the return of amount paid for the said tickets/events. If any customer orders tickets for events, shows night-life etc. and they wish to pay for these said tickets on arrival of their stay, they must do this at their earliest opportunity of their stay. Failure to do so will result in the full amount being debited from the customer card details.

Good behaviour bonds.
Your Hotel may require you to pay a Good behaviour bond. This will be approximately £20 per person and is returned to your group at the end of your stay, providing that no damage has been caused.
(You may assume that a bond will be required for all group bookings).
Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends will not involve itself in disputes surrounding payments of or return of payments. These disputes are subject to third party agreements.

Alteration or cancellation of arrangements with third parties.
When arrangements and/or facilities for any event are changed or cancelled by any third party, Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends will in all cases attempt to provide a suitable alternative and/or secure a refund for the client of monies paid to any third party, but is not obliged to and cannot guarantee to do so.

Changes to arrangements or Hotels.
Every reasonable effort will be made by Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends to adhere to advertised and confirmed arrangements, but we reserve the right to alter, omit or change arrangements should it be found necessary to do so. We shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of such changes. Save a refund of any monies not expended.

Changes to arrangements made by the client.
We will make every effort to accommodate changes you may wish to make to your booking. Additional persons will be charged at the relevant agreed rate. Reduction in numbers will be treated as a cancellation, but only in respect of the number of reduced places. All amendments to bookings must be made by Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends, and not directly with the Hotel or third party supplier.

Cancellations.
If a client wishes to cancel a booking or arrangement or part of a booking, the following rules shall apply:-
If no deposit has been made within the time-scale stated no penalty or fee will be charged. Deposits paid for the booking and then cancelled by the client more than 14 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of all deposits, no further change will be made.
Deposits or balances paid for the booking and then cancelled by the client less than 14 days prior to arrival then the client is responsible for 100% of the final balance whether it has been paid or not .
Where the client has paid the balance in full, cancellation will result in loss of all deposits and balances.
No monies will be refunded or returned.

Late payment charges.
Failure to pay the booking balance by the due date will result in a late payment charge of £25.
Failure by the client to pay this late penalty charge will result in cancellation of the booking by Awesome Weekends Ltd T/A Blackpool Group Weekends.

Liabilities.
We shall not be liable for any matter whatsoever that is beyond our control.

Website.
In compiling details displayed on our web-site and establishing all arrangements, we have relied on information supplied top us by third parties. Wherever possible, these have been verified. However, should you find anything that is not as described, please advise us.

Bad behaviour.
We can end your holiday (without compensation), if your behaviour, or that of any member of your party is likely, in our opinion to cause annoyance to other customers or staff.

If you have a problem?
Please report any Hotel problems to the Hotel management in the first instance. This should be done immediately. If your complaint was not resolved, you should record it and send us written details within 14 days of your stay. We will not investigate complaints made outside of this period. If your complaint is properly made we will investigate and send your our written response within 14 days.

The English law.
This contract shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the sole discretion of the English courts.
